For a one-time fee of $599 CAD, OWHMS Publishing will upload a finished book to Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP), Barnes & Noble Press, Apple Books, Google Books/Google Play, and Spotify (where audio editions apply). This service is provided only for accounts that have not been previously suspended or terminated. All distribution accounts are established and remain in the name and control of the author. Review, approval, rejection, and publication timelines are determined solely by each individual platform and are outside the control of OWHMS Publishing.
Platform Disclaimer
All third-party distribution platforms operate independently and reserve the right to accept, reject, suspend, or terminate accounts and content at their sole discretion. This includes actions taken without prior notice or detailed explanation.
In particular, Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) is known to enforce its guidelines strictly and, in rare cases, may terminate accounts with limited explanation beyond reference to its published policies.
If an author’s account has already been suspended or terminated by any distribution platform, there is nothing OWHMS Publishing can do to reverse, appeal, or override that decision. Platform enforcement actions are final and handled solely by the platforms themselves.
While OWHMS Publishing takes reasonable steps to help authors meet platform requirements and reduce avoidable issues, final decisions are made entirely by the platforms themselves and are not the responsibility of OWHMS Publishing.
